This project is going to focus on the crisis of pet overpopulation seen nationwide. One branch of the problem rests in low income households who cannot afford the procedure of spay or neutering. Government funded programs have been enabled in specific locals in different areas of the country, however it remains a national crisis that needs prompt attention.
